Heather is amazing! I photographed this birth yoga teacher ON her due date and she asked to do a few yoga poses. I never guessed she would do a HEAD STAND! I secretly held my breath as she got into position, thinking we just might end up with a funny story about her water breaking at the studio! But all went fine...look for her new baby soon!

Yes, its very important for women to some workout and exercise during pregnancy. Its extremely good for mother and her child health. Exercise is also a pregnancy treatment. So, please carry on some work out during pregnancy.
You will have to get her upside down again and put her baby on her feet LOL Talk about a different newborn photo.
So cool. She'll probably look like she wasn't ever pregnant the day after the baby is born. Great picture.
